  1. Display & Design

The Chuwi SurBook doesn’t look bad for a tablet aimed at competing with Surface hybrids on price. It flaunts a fan-less, all-metal design, which is impressive for a not too expensive 2-in-1. The body rocks a silver or black finish. The Chuwi SurBook tablet also features a kickstand just like a Surface. You can flip it up to 125 degrees. It comes with a backlit keyboard you can detach to use the device as a tablet. You get a 12.3-inch unit with a resolution comparable to that of the Surface Pro 2736 x 1824 pixels. The touchscreen also offers 10 point multi-touch and has an aspect ratio of 3:2. Chuwi also has 1024 levels of pressure sensitivity as well.

2. Hardware & Sofware

The Chuwi SurBook may be considered a competitor of the Surface although it falls short in hardware. The Chuwi SurBook might not be able to stand against a Surface device in terms of performance. It comes with an Intel Apollo Lake N3450 processor, which is a far different from the Kaby Lake Core processors on the Microsoft devices. But it is a good thing that the CPU clocks 2.2 GHz. The Chuwi SurBook also offers impressive 6 GB of RAM. So you should still get enjoyable performance as well as decently long battery life. You will be able to get the 2-in-1 in 64GB and 128GB models. Operating system of choice here is Windows 10.
